When to Apply

2018-19 Places - We have limited places available for Term 3, 2018-19.
2019-20 Places - We are accepting applications for all Year Groups. Some Year Groups are currently waitlisted and availability will be updated in the last week of April 2019. Please contact our office if you would like specific information.
2020-21 Places - Applications will be processed from 21st August 2019 onwards.

How to Apply

Application Process for Non - Thai & Dual Nationals

Step 1: Make an Application

Please note that we are unable to process any application until all required documentation has been received.  Submission of an application form does not guarantee a place, and year groups can fill up very quickly.  We advise submitting complete applications as early as possible.

Group A DOCUMENTS– PLEASE READ THE BELOW LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND THEN SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE TO OPEN THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.   1. School Reports and any previous Learning Support information such as Individualised Education Plans or Educational Psychologist's Reports (if applicable)

Provide copies of your child's school reports for the last 2 years, in English. (if the reports are in another language, please provide professionally translated school reports). The reports should contain written comments and a key to explain grades or marks.

  1. Recommendation Letter from your child’s current school

This form is available to download in the online Application form.

  1. Application fee THB 4,000

This non-refundable fee is payable by credit card, bank transfer or in person at our cashier’s office.

  1. Copies of valid child’s and parents’ passports

Parents and/or child who hold dual nationality should please provide a copy of each passport.
*Dual Nationality Applicants with a Thai Parent should also provide:

  • Copy of parent's valid Thai ID card
  • Copy of parent's House registration
  1. Letter of guarantee – Required when the Fees will be the responsibility of an Employer

If your employer is paying the school fees please provide a letter of guarantee to confirm this.

  1. Copy of child’s birth certificate (in English)

Please supply a copy of the original birth certificate and an English translation if the original is not in English

  1. Copy of adoption certificate/papers

This is required if the child is adopted.

  1. One Passport photo for child and each parents
Person must be facing forward on plain background & Portrait format, no smaller than 3cm x 3.75cm, resolution should be no less than 750KB
  1. Forms for each Year Group – these should be completed by the student and/or parent.

    Students applying for Year 7, 8, 9, 10 or 12 should read the Secondary Policy booklet first.

    Students applying for Year 7, 8 or 9 should also read the Key Stage 3 Music Handbook

Step 2: Assessments

We will assess the following applicants:

  • EAL - Applicants who are non-native speakers or multilingual in English and another language(s), will be assessed for their English language abilities by an EAL (English as Additional Language) Specialist tutor. This assessment will take place at our school by appointment, prior to confirmation of a place.  
  • All Foundation Stage (Nursery, FS1 and FS2) students will be assessed to check their readiness for school entry.
  • Applicants with any potential or confirmed Learning Support requirements should make full disclosure of this at the time of submitting the application.

Step 3:  Application Review by Principals and Head of School

Applications will be reviewed taking into consideration the results of any assessments, school reports and availability of places.  We will contact you as soon as possible to advise whether we are able to offer a place.

Step 4: Offer Made

If your application has been successful you will receive a formal offer letter from the Head of School.  Please note that you are not guaranteed a place until you receive this letter.

Step 5: Enrolment

Once a place has been offered, parents should sign and return the offer letter to accept the place. The entrance and tuition fees should be settled by the due date stated on the invoice.
