Bangkok Patana School set in beautiful purpose-built premises on the outskirts of Bangkok, offers the English National Curriculum, IGCSE/GCSE and the International Baccalaureate Diploma. The school has over 2300 students aged from 2½ to 18 years and representing more than 65 nationalities. Bangkok Patana School is accredited by CIS and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and is an approved International Baccalaureate School.

Position Summary

To be responsible for IT end users support services for all standard BPS staffs, teachers, students and parents to make sure that all IT services can operate smoothly and effectively with high reliability and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA). It also includes the implementation of End User Support projects at the best class without any interruptions along with security exposures in part of authorization and resources accessible.

Key Responsibilities


  • IT End User Support project implementation for School
  • IT EUS operation services for School’s standard users.
  • Support special demands from Academic and Management i.e., School Event, workshop, conference, and others outside meeting or trainings.
  • IT asset Inventory Management. Coordinate with Accounting Department regarding school policy for inventory control efficiency.  


  • Good Human Relationship and customer focus skills.
  • Good Problem solving skills.
  • Having teamwork attitude with positive thinking.
  • Flexibility to adapt and adopt changes.
  • Good English writing and speaking. TOEIC score >= 600.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent plus professional qualifications in IT area.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in IT End User Support (Desktop, Laptop, MS OS, MAC IOS, MS office, Adobe, Helpdesk Support etc.).
